Refund policy

Popped or busted squishies

If your squishy pops or busts, send us photo or video proof within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number. We offer a free replacement squishy or a refund of the affected item. We pay shipping for the replacement.

After sending proof, discard the damaged squishy. Do not send it back.

Changed your mind?

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return request. The item must be unused. The customer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns.

How to start a request

Email Thesquishybar@outlook.com with your order number, the item name and your reason for the request. For a popped or busted squishy, attach photo or video proof and tell us whether you prefer a replacement or refund. For an unused return, contact us for return instructions before posting the item.
